Puppy Contract
We do require all buyers to sign a contract before the sale of any of our pups. This ensures any guarantees and the health of the puppies sold by Midwest Terriers. Click on the link below to view our contract.
ALL BUYERS MUST SIGN PUPPY CONTRACT! If the new owner decides they need to re-home the puppy they must contact us! This will be in the contract and if the person does not contact us with the needed information they will be prosecuted for breaking a contract! We are strict and do not want our puppies going to shelters and homes where they will be abused or stuck in a cage their whole life. People like this are ruining the breed!
I will have the new owner fill out the registrations and I will take care of the rest. We require all of our dogs to continue being registered. All necessary papers will be signed by the buyer before they take the puppy. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you would like to make a deposit on a certain pup the amount is 25% of the puppy's origal cost.
